If using once per day your ROLL ON THERAPIST will take approximately 4 months to finish. If using multiple times a day it can range anywhere between 2-6 months usage.

Let's just say, a little goes a long way.

As for shelf life, we recommend using your product within 12 months to experience the best ingredient efficacy.

I'm pregnant, can i use this product?

Clary sage essential oil is not recommended during pregnancy so therefore we recommend you do not use BURNOUT ROLL ON THERAPIST when pregnant.

It's best to be cautious with essential oils during pregnancy which is why we recommend talking to your doctor or midwife before using essential oils.

How often can I use this product?

As and when you need. Your ROLL ON THERAPIST is conveniently packaged for you to take it on-the-go and fit in your daily, self-care routine. Seamless.

Burnout

Sorry to write this,but this is not to my taste.I am an elderly lady and this product is strongly grounding,more suited perhaps to a younger working person .Perhaps I should have chosen to treat stress rather than Burnout

We are often disappointed when we order things online especially scents but Burnout is amazing! I am so glad I read the reviews & did the quiz based on my current feelings. Everytime I feel overwhelmed or stressed just taking a minute to put some on my wrists & inhale the lovely scent makes me feel calmer & almost like being engulfed in a big hug. I love aromatherapy, all things candles, incense - you name it. I've been looking for something that I could take with me on the go and would really resonate with me. After reading the reviews online I decided to take a chance and I am so happy I did! It smells wonderful and it helps me relax.
